Critical Submission Requirements
All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism must be below 20% (5% excluding references). Submissions must follow ethical guidelines and IEEE reference style.

1. Brief Guidelines for Authors
Mandatory Compliance
All submissions to Engineering Journal IJOER must adhere to the following fundamental requirements:
Originality Requirements
- Original Research: The article must be original, not previously published or submitted elsewhere – Plagiarism policy
- No Prior Publication: Not published previously
- No Multiple Submission: Not submitted elsewhere – Withdrawal policy
- Plagiarism Free: The article must be free of plagiarism
Ethical Standards
- Conflict of Interest: The article should not have any conflicts of interest – View policy
- Ethics Compliance: The submission must adhere to scholarly communication ethics and guidelines – Publication ethics
- Author Contributions: Clearly specified – Authorship policy
- Institutional Approval: Required if applicable
2. Types of Articles Accepted

Submission Limits
Each author can submit a maximum of two articles per issue. If more than two articles are submitted, additional ones will be considered for the next issue.

4. Plagiarism Check
Screening Process
All manuscripts are screened using licensed plagiarism software (e.g., Turnitin, iThenticate).

Proper Citation
- Proper citations should be included for any copied content
- All sources must be properly acknowledged
- Direct quotations must be in quotation marks
- Paraphrased content must be cited appropriately
5. Quality Check
Articles must be original, result-oriented, and aligned with the journal's scope. The structure should include: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
Authors may refer to previous articles from the journal's archives or follow the provided article format.

6. Peer Review Process
Double-Blind Peer Review

9. Permissions

11. Final Proof
