- Originality: You confirm that the submitted work is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- Author Approval: All listed authors have approved the submission and agree to its publication.
- Ethical Compliance: The research complies with all applicable ethical guidelines, including institutional approval where required.
- Copyright Transfer: Upon acceptance, authors agree to transfer copyright to IJOER under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
- Plagiarism Policy: All submissions are screened for plagiarism. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity scores will be rejected.
- Peer Review: You agree to participate in the double-blind peer review process and accept editorial decisions.

5. User Accounts

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

6. Article Processing Charges (APC)
IJOER is a partially open-access journal with Article Processing Charges to cover editorial and production costs.

There are no submission fees. APCs apply only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. Fee waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
