By submitting to and using the services of the Engineering Journal: IJOER, authors, reviewers, and readers agree to the following general terms and conditions, which are in place to ensure a smooth and ethical publishing experience.

• All submitted manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration by any other journal.
• By submitting an article, authors grant the Engineering Journal: IJOER the right to publish the manuscript in all forms (both digital and print).
• Manuscripts must adhere to the journal's submission guidelines, and authors are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
• Peer review process: All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer-review process, and the journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions.

2. Copyright and Licensing:

• Upon acceptance of an article, the corresponding author must sign a copyright transfer agreement to the journal, ensuring that the journal has exclusive publishing rights.
• Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives (CC-BY-NC-ND) license, allowing others to share the article for non-commercial purposes as long as proper attribution is given and no modifications are made.

3. Article Withdrawal and Updates:

• Authors are required to carefully review the gallery proof of their article prior to publication. Once the article is published, no further corrections or modifications are permitted unless a valid reason is provided.
• Article withdrawal policies are outlined in the Article Withdrawal Policy. Requests for withdrawal after publication must follow the appropriate procedure.

4. Privacy Policy:

• Engineering Journal: IJOER is committed to protecting the privacy of authors, reviewers, and readers. Personal data collected during the submission and review process will only be used for the purposes of the journal and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

5. Disclaimer of Liability:

• The Engineering Journal: IJOER does not take responsibility for any views, opinions, or data published in articles. All content reflects the opinions of the authors, and the journal is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• The journal is also not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of content published in external repositories.

6. Ethical Guidelines:

• Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Any cases of plagiarism, falsification of data, or other unethical practices will result in the rejection of the article and further actions, including retraction of published papers if necessary.

7. Fees and Charges:

• The Engineering Journal: IJOER may charge a publication fee for accepted articles. These charges are non-refundable and cover the administrative and publishing costs.
